Shipping policy

We send the HANDHOODs you have ordered within Germany and charge you shipping costs per order in the amount of from € 2,95 (including sales tax). And thanks to online tracking, you can follow your order through to delivery as soon as we have sent it. If you order three HANDHOODs or more, shipping is free for you (Online gift certificates do not count).

When buying Online coupons there are of course no shipping costs. 

When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal (see No. 3 of the General Terms and Conditions), you as a buyer can return the goods. As a buyer, you then bear the shipping costs for the return. Sorry for that. But we are a small start-up and not a multi-billion dollar global corporation.

At the moment we only ship within Germany (but we are planning more).
